We welcome you to the Businessmen Store SARL Company for Electrical and Mobile Devices Trading LLC (the "Company") or ("BMS"), the agent of Samsung Company in the Lebanon Republic for the sale of mobile phones and the sale of household electrical appliances. The following are the terms and conditions for electronic purchase through this website. The process of browsing the website and its contents or purchasing therefrom is considered as an acknowledgment that the user / customer has familiarized himself with and agrees to all the following terms and conditions.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important legal information, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. By visiting, accessing, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use this website.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

When you use this website, you agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned herein. The Company grants you a temporary license to use the website and its services in accordance with these terms and conditions.

The user/customer declares when browsing the website that he is at least 18 years old.

The website does not require logging in if the purpose is to browse only. But if any product is ordered, then you must create a personal account on the website and log in. The user/customer is entirely responsible for the personal data entered when creating an account on this website and the correctness of this data, and is considered responsible for any orders or purchases made through his account. He must inform the Company immediately if he is exposed to any unauthorized operation or if a third party used his account.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

We make every effort to ensure that descriptions, images, and specifications of Samsung products displayed on this website are accurate and up to date. However, actual appearance or specifications may vary depending on device, screen settings, or other technical factors beyond our control. Product availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change at any time without prior notice, and BMS reserves the right to limit the quantity of any product available for purchase.

You acknowledge and understand that any promotions, such as those posted on the website and in advertisements, are of limited duration and quantity, and may change at any time, and might be subject to additional terms and conditions which we issue from time to time.

The website is intended for direct sale to the user/customer (the end consumer). It is not intended for merchant orders. None of its contents may be used as an external link for the promotion, sale, or commercial use of a third party, except with the prior written consent of the Company.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order through this website, you are making an offer to purchase, which is not considered accepted until confirmed by BMS. Full details on delivery timelines, return eligibility, and cancellations are set out in our Delivery & Installation page, which forms part of these Terms.

BMS reserves the right to cancel any order made through the website in the event that it violates these terms (such as ordering a quantity of a product during promotion periods where available quantities are limited, or if there is an error in the price of the product, or if it is found that the customer has provided false, misleading, incorrect, or incomplete information), or if the product is not available at the warehouses. BMS also reserves the right, in the event of a wrong price, to cancel or change the ongoing order. The user/customer has no right to recourse to the Company for any damage or failure in the event of the cancellation of any purchase order.

The Company is not responsible for any electronic purchase order made through a third party. The electronic purchase orders processed are only those requested through this website by the customer directly, from his own registered account, after following the required steps and adhering to these terms and conditions.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

All prices displayed on this website are in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes or fees unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice; the price applicable to your order is the price in effect at the time the order is placed. We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, and other supported payment methods displayed at checkout.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content made available through this website, including but not limited to the BMS name, logos, product descriptions, images, graphics, and the overall design and layout of the site, is owned by BMS or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. It is not permissible to use any content of the website or the Company's trademarks, or to extract data or images from the website, except with the Company's prior written permission.

The Samsung name, logo, and all Samsung product trademarks remain the property of Samsung and are used by BMS solely in its capacity as an authorized agent for the sale of Samsung products in Lebanon. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use the Samsung trademarks or any other third-party trademarks displayed on this website. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit any content from this website without our prior written permission.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Delivery & Installation page, constitute the entire agreement between you and BMS regarding your use of this website.

SECTION 18 – ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. BMS may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, at its discretion.

SECTION 19 – FORCE MAJEURE

BMS shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, power or telecommunications outages, government actions, or public health emergencies. Performance shall resume as soon as reasonably practicable once such circumstances have ended.

SECTION 20 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon.

SECTION 21 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

BMS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
