Policy of Warranty

1- The warranty is valid only when the warranty card is properly completed, and upon presentation of the purchase proof consisting of the original invoice or sales voucher showing the date of purchase, the model and the serial number of the product. The Company reserves the right to reject the warranty if such information has been removed or changed after the original purchase of the Product from the Company.

2- The company's obligations are limited to repairing defects or replacing the defective part only with new or updated spare parts as it deems appropriate. The product can only be replaced in accordance with the manufacturer's policy.

3- Repairs must be carried out by a service center authorized by the company. The right to the warranty will be waived and considered null and void in the event of repairing or attempting to repair the product at any maintenance center not approved by the company. In this case, the company is not responsible for repairing the product under any circumstances.

4- Repairing the product in accordance with the provided warranty does not confer any right or advantage to extend or renew the warranty period.

5- This warranty is not transferable. This warranty is the exclusive right of the purchasing customer only and neither the company nor its service centers listed in this warranty document shall be liable for incidental or consequential damages or for breaching any express or implied warranty of this product.

6- Disclaimer: the Company shall not be liable for the loss of any saved/stored data in the repaired or replaced products. The company is also not responsible for any losses resulting from the loss of data.

7- The warranty policy shown is for customer service. The customer is responsible for any costs related to cases that are beyond the coverage or limits of the warranty.

8- The Company reserves the right to make final decisions regarding identification of the problem and the appropriate service option.

Please refer to the manufacturer's specific warranty statement for full terms and conditions, as some devices and models have other terms and conditions. Certain limitations and restrictions apply and these programs are subject to change without notice.

 

 

Guide of Warranty

1- This warranty is offered to the first purchaser of the product only.

2- Repairs and replacement are carried out by the service centers of the company or the service centers approved by the manufacturer.

3- In the event of repair/replacement of any part(s) of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in effect for the remainder of the warranty period.

4- The Company or its authorized service center / service distributor shall keep any part/parts or component/components to be replaced at its discretion if a defect is observed in the device during the warranty period.

5- The customer shall bear the cost of the home visit necessary to inspect the product in accordance with the applicable company policy.

6- Product accessories are not covered by the warranty.

7- The Company's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or providing a replacement for the part(s) that are proven to be defective.

8- Repair must be done within the warranty period. The customer must bring the product to the authorized service center in order to complete the repair. The warranty does not include the cost of transporting the device from the place of installation to the service center.

9- The relevant service center will advise the customer to repair the product on site or at the company's service center.

10- Any part(s) of the faulty device shall be replaced through the maintenance centers of the company or the maintenance centers approved by the manufacturer, Samsung, and at the discretion of the mentioned maintenance centers with a functional part/parts.

 

Exclusions of the Warranty

The warranty does not apply in any of the following cases:

1- The absence of a card containing all the details of the product.

2- Failure to bring the completed warranty card to the authorized service center at the time of repair.

3- Not to purchase the product from one of the company's authorized distributors.

4- Failure to use the product according to the instructions included in the instruction manual.

5- In the event of defects resulting from improper use as specified by the company's employees.

6- In the event of a change or replace irrespective of its nature in the electrical circuit / or any change in the components of the product.

7- In the event that the installation / repair is carried out by persons / entity not approved by the company.

8- If the original serial number has been removed, erased or changed.

9- Defects resulting from reasons beyond control such as thunders, abnormal voltages or rates, or which occur during transportation, water drowning, or exposure to chemicals.

10- Any defects caused by misuse, breakage, scratching, or exposure to external materials or factors.

11- Regular inspections, replacement parts, maintenance and repairs for normal wear and tear.

12- Misuse or abuse, including but not limited to: failure to use the product for normal purposes or in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions for use and maintenance.

13- Defects resulting from the use of the product if it comes in contact with accessories not approved by the manufacturer for use with this product.

14- Product malfunctions caused by improper installation or use inconsistent with the instructions, technical standards and safety standards described in the product user manual.

15- Unauthorized changes on the product to comply with local or international technical standards in countries for which the product was not originally designed.

16- Battery damage caused by overcharging or failure to use in accordance with the specific instructions described in the product user manual. The serial number on the product has been altered, deleted, removed or made unread. Charge batteries with chargers other than those approved by the manufacturer.

17- Any component of the product has been broken or tampered with.

The compressor warranty upon expiry does not include:

1- The compressor warranty does not include labor and transportation costs after the manufacturer's warranty period (12 months) has expired.

2- Gas filling, chemical cleaning, general maintenance and filter replacement.

3- Plastic/glass accessories, hose and attachments such as air filter valves, tubes…etc.

4- In-box accessories, such as filters, flexible hose, extension tubes and external parts such as control handles/buttons and cables.

Dishwasher

12 months

The warranty upon expiry does not include:

1- The warranty of the Dishwasher motor does not include labor and transportation costs after the expiry (12 months).

2- Plastic/glass accessories, feed valve fittings, filters, valves, strainers, tubes...etc.

3- In-box accessories such as filters, flexible hose, extension tubes and external parts such as control handles/buttons and cables.

Microwave

12 months

The product warranty does not include the following accessories, which are sold separately:

Main door/plastic parts of the door.

Refrigerator

12 months for the device and 120 months for the inverter compressor

The compressor warranty upon expiry does not include:

1- The compressor warranty does not include labor and transportation costs after the manufacturer's warranty period (12 months) has expired.

2- Gas filling, chemical cleaning, general maintenance and filter replacement.

3- Plastic/glass accessories, hose and attachments such as air filter valves, tubes…etc.

Vacuum Cleaner

Warranty does not include dust cover and accessories.

Washing Machine

12 months for the device and 120 months for the inverter compressor

The warranty upon expiry does not include:

1- The warranty of the washing machine motor does not include labor and transportation costs after the expiry (12 months).

2- Plastic/glass accessories, feed valve fittings, filters, valves, strainers, tubes...etc.

3- In-box accessories such as filters, flexible hose, extension tubes and external parts such as control handles/buttons and cables.

Clothes Dryer

12 months

Warranty does not include:

1- Plastic/glass accessories, feed valve connection, filters, valves, strainers, tubes...etc.

2- In-box accessories, such as filters, flexible hose, extension tubes and external parts such as control handles/buttons and cables.

TV

12 months

Product Warranty Excludes the Following

1. Plastic panels, plastic parts & dust cover
2. Cabinets
3. Antennae and cables
4. External parts such as levers, plugs, sockets, control knobs or adapters
5. In-box accessories such as adapters
6. Remote control (6 months warranty)
