Shipping and Returns:

• Products ordered from the website will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days in Beirut and within 2 to 5 working days in other Lebanese cities from the date of order registration and confirmation by the company.
• You must present a valid national ID that includes a personal photo to receive your order, and the name on the ID must match the name provided in the order details.
• Returns: Users/customers have the right to request a return of a product purchased through the website within 48 hours of receiving it. The product must be sealed and in the same condition as when received, along with the invoice or purchase receipt. The serial number of the purchased product must match the one requested for return. The paid value of the product will remain as credit in their website account, with no possibility of cash refund.
• After ordering a specific product through our website, the relevant department will contact the person who placed the order via phone to confirm the order and provide detailed address information. If there is no response, the order will be put on hold until direct communication is established with the user/customer. The order will be canceled if there is no response within two working days.
• In case of any errors upon receiving the product (such as model discrepancies, specification issues, or installation problems), it is necessary to inform the company within 24 hours of receipt. After this period, the delivery will be considered correct. 

 

Delivery and Installation

• When purchasing any device from the website, the shipping cost and delivery fees will automatically appear on the Check Out page and will be added to the final invoice.
• The shipping and delivery fee includes installation charges for refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, and dishwashers. However, it does not include the installation charges for wall-mounted televisions, the cost of the wall-mounting bracket, or the installation of air conditioners. We'll inform you about these charges when contact you by the relevant department.

Regarding installation, it includes connecting the device to water pipes or electrical lines but does not involve extending new lines or pipes.
